Letters to Parents
Booking a test
-
There is a quick turnaround for booking a test and getting the results, so please don’t hesitate to book one if you or your child has any of the Covid 19 symptoms – a high temperature, a new continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
Symptoms or cases
-
Parents should inform school if your child has any symptoms within 48 hours of being at school (ie Monday)
-
Parents should inform school if your child has a confirmed Covid case, with symptoms occurring within 48 hours of being at school (ie symptoms before Monday, even if results come at a later date)

If your child tests positive for Covid having developed symptoms more than 48 hours since last being in school, you do not need to contact us at school (ie after Monday.) Instead you will need to contact NHS Track & Trace.
